The Pitchcott Story
150 acres of wild, untamed countryside where every visitor becomes a co-creator in an ever-evolving story of connection, creativity and care.
Pitchcott sits within 150 acres of wild, rolling countryside - more than a farm, it is a living, breathing place of regeneration. Here, people and nature are invited to grow alongside each other. It’s a space where history informs the future, creativity is part of the soil, and belonging is cultivated with care.
In 2016, Antony Langford stood at a crossroads. The farm had been in his family for generations, yet its future was uncertain. In the following years, he returned again and again, walking the land, observing and listening to a deeper calling. What emerged was a sense of purpose rooted in place. It wasn’t about preserving the past for nostalgia’s sake, it was about allowing something new to grow from what already was.
Tony’s roots trace back to his grandfather, a trailblazing organic farmer long before sustainability became a mainstream concern, and the founder of the Country Trust, a charity committed to giving children access to nature. That legacy planted the seeds for Pitchcott’s new chapter: one centred on innovation, creativity, inclusive access, and care for the land.
Pitchcott is intentionally a work-in-progress. Visitors don't just experience Pitchcott, they help shape it. From planting wildflower seeds to co-creating recipes, you become part of an unfolding story of regeneration.
