Summer Solstice Rhythm & Rapture

We will come together at the end of the longest day. And just as we did at the Winter Solstice, we will celebrate by moving our bodies to music.

Rhythm & Rapture is inspired by my experience of dancing and playing music for 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance, both forms of conscious and expressive dance.

Through Rhythm, we connect with the ground and the earth that holds us. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us, and move towards Rapture, the joy and light that restores us.
