📩 Ready to join the journey? Send a CV to hello@pitchcott.farm with a message about why you would like to apply for one of the following roles:
Assistant Chef
We’re looking for an assistant chef to work with our Head Chef and bring our seasonal café menu to life. Think hearty, nourishing meals made with local produce, fresh-from-the-garden ingredients, and a generous dash of soul. We champion local suppliers and this is proudly reflected in our menu. You’ll be part of something more than a kitchen — you’ll be helping shape a place where people and nature regenerate together. This is a chance to cook with purpose, creativity, and connection.
Barista
We’re looking for an experienced barista to serve our speciality coffee. We offer training to help you serve the very best cappuccinos, flat whites, and americanos with coffee beans from our local roastery Doe&Fawn.
Front of House
You'll be serving fresh, nourishing food to customers, and helping to create a place of belonging, care and conversation. If you're a people-person who thrives on warm welcomes, we would love to hear from you.
Kitchen Porter
If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is for you. You'll be assisting our chefs in the kitchen.
Site Maintenance Manager
We're looking for the right person to help manage and maintain all the working parts of the farm. We have lots of people staying at the farm, especially during summer camping season, and your ingenuity will ensure their stay is warm, welcoming and trouble-free. You will likely be proficient in DIY and enjoy making and creating, as well as maintaining.
